Secondary School (Age 11-16)
Secondary School begins the year your child turns 11, when they enter year 7 and ends at age 16 when your child reaches year 11. There are 2 different school stages within secondary education:

Key Stage 3 – Years 7-9

Key Stage 4 – Years 10-11
All state schools must follow the national curriculum in England. Each school will have it’s own approach to curriculum delivery and you will find information on this by contacting them.
